Are email addresses, passwords and user names case sensitive?

Email addresses are never case sensitive, but passwords are always case sensitive. Note that usernames are not case sensitive on this website.

How can I change the email address, password or username associated with my Twig account?

If you are the account holder, you can change your email address and username by going to the Account Admin area of the site and selecting Edit Account Details.

If you have forgotten your password you can use the following link to reset it – here. You must use the email address that was used to set up your account. Any other email address will not be recognized by the system.

If you are a student, ask your teacher to reset your password for you.

I have forgotten my username/password

If you have forgotten your password you can use the following link to reset it – here. You must enter the email address that was used to set up your account.

If you are a student, ask your teacher to issue you a new password from the Account Admin area of the site.

If you have forgotten your username, please email our support team or contact your account administrator to have this changed or confirmed.

I selected the wrong account type during sign-up, can it be changed?

Yes, we can change that for you.

If you wish to change the account type, please email our support team confirming the original account type selected and the type you wish to change to.

Can I cancel or delete my Twig account?

Yes, you can cancel or delete at any time but we would not recommend doing so while you have an active subscriptions.

To cancel your subscription please email our support team with your request and reason for cancellation.

Can I share my account with others?

An individual user account is personal and you should not share your log-in with others. If you are logged in to the site and another user logs in using your username and password, you will immediately be logged out.

If you have a school subscription account, the account admin details should be restricted to specific people within the school.
